Please note that additional costs may apply due to length and texture. All appointments will receive a client consultation prior to beginning the service.
All prices are subject to change and unfortunately there are no refunds on services performed. Our consultation time prior to each service is very important to us and we strive to achieve every look with 100% efforts. Although, should there be an issue with a service, guests will have within seven days to come in and have the issue corrected.
Appointments are cancelled 15 minutes after original appointment time of a no-call no-show. We are trying to assist everyone in a timely manner, and that may mean that some waiting time may apply for others.
To reserve an appointment, guests may schedule online. To reserve an appointment over the phone Credit cards are saved on file and will be charged a portion of the full service for all no-call/no-shows or anyone who cancels/reschedules less than 48 hours of their original appointment time.
Policy on Wedding and Special Events reservations will be discussed during consultation time.
Retainer fees are non-refundable/non-transferable to other persons or other services. Please understand that sufficient time has already been reserved for those specific services in advance, so our professionals can be compensated a small portion of their time.

- We are requiring all guests to reserve an appointment. You may call the salon or reserve online. We are expecting our clients to be 100% honest as we will ensure we all stay safe:
- If you or anyone in your household are ill, symptomatic, COVID-19 positive, have been exposed to COVID-19, or pending a COVID-19 test result, you MUST reschedule your appointment.
- The day of your appointment you must text us at 915-564-0277 to let us know you have arrived. Please stay in your car and we will text you back as soon as we are ready to receive you.
- We want to prevent large amounts of people in the salon at the same time. No guests are allowed to your appointment.
- No children are allowed unless they are getting a service.
- No food allowed in the salon. Your drink should have a closed cap.
- You must wash your hands and we will also do the same prior to beginning your service.
- Masks are required on both parts, and if you do not have one we will provide you with one.
- We will be booking disinfection time before and after every guest to ensure you're comfortable and enjoy your service.
- We will only be seeing one guest per stylist at a time and having more than six feet between each guest.
